There have been many complaints about police having tanks, military weapons, military practices, military-like uniforms, and numerous war toys. I think the police began to stop serving the people and started leaning toward occupiers’ tyranny when militarization began.
If the police are to have military weapons and want to imitate the military in just about every way, they ought to meet military troops’ physical challenges.
Most police go to the academy from three months to a year, depending upon the state, and that’s it. If they…
