Understanding is Needed Between Medium and its Writers

Where are my people? Where are the current stories? I found a few friends on the newsfeed, but lots of people’s old stories. People I didn’t even know when they were here years ago.

For my part, I think one reason writers’ pay diminished (and we told them that would happen) was when they started splitting the subscription revenue with whoever “sold” it.
